Our workspace is designed to be a contemporary Open Space, accommodating maximum interactions among members.
As a company with 100% investment capital from Japan, we inherited the trademark Japanese professional working style and management method from our parent company. Yet we still provide staffs moderate freedom so they do not feel constricted. We have flexible working time, one can start his working day from 8 a.m or 8.30 a.m depending on his own choice. Between working times, we also have short breaks which last from 15-20 mins, in which each department can sing, or dance, or have tea break. Members can interact and communicate with other teams on these times, which help them to get closer.
Aside from work, we have a lot of regular team-building activities, which help to shorten distances between members, and make us a true family.
With 75% of our staffs being male, CO-WELL have established a lot of internal sport club to connect members with the same passion. We have soccer, gaming tennis, badminton, yosakoi, ping-pong clubs. We also put a lot of effort in organizing internal events, like internal sport leagues, international women day, year end party, etc… to make sure that our members are always in the best condition, both physically and mentally.

CO-WELL believe communication is an important factor of developing process. We hold regular online meeting with customers though skype, hang-out etc to update information about project progress as well as discussing about problems encountered.
