CO-WELL is not only a company where you come for work, it’s more like a family where co-workers are just like brothers and sisters, striking for the same target.
Our QA (Quality Assurance) Department is in charge of monitoring the software engineering processes and methods used, as well as testing to ensure software products quality. We also take part in business development by joining in business meetings with customers.
Our QA team started in 2013, with 3 core members. After 6 years, we now have 100 members. This significant growth is the result of our consistent effort to enhance product quality, which gained customers trust.
A QA staff need to be extremely careful and skeptical, so our team consist of mainly female staffs. Outside of work, we are good friends and treat each other as family members.

Before graduating, I worked for a small start-up. There is only a few staffs so we were really close. At that time, I believed that big companies would never have such a warm and free working environment, so I pondered a lot and were really nervous before joining CO-WELL. But joining the company has changed my mind.
Despite being a big company with professional working style, CO-WELL still maintain a warm and comforting working environment. Our CEO is young and nice, and he care a lot about his staffs. Our Japanese staffs are also very friendly. Even though we have over 250 staffs, the managers remember our faces and care for each individual’s life.
